Refund policy

 

Our policy lasts 30 days from date of delivery.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original tags.

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 30 days of delivery 

  • They must be in original condition
  • unwashed and unworn
  • Include original tags 
  • Free gifts and gift cards are not returnable 
  • We offer store credit for purchases made using a gift card 

 

 ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • There are no charges for return
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • We will provide you with the return instructions 

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 10 working days. Sorry, this is outside our control

 

HOW DO I COMPLETE A RETURN?

  • Please email info@kinuzi.com
  • Include your order number and email address in the email
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  

If the item was purchased as a gift and sent to you as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a gift card credit only. Additionally no refunds will be processed for gift card purchase.
